🌑 Paint Matters—Trust Me on This

OK so here’s the thing about the paint—it REALLY matters. My first mirror was a total disaster because I just grabbed whatever black paint was on sale. Big mistake.

You want artist-grade acrylic paint, not the cheap craft stuff. Look for “Lamp Black” or “Carbon Black” on the label. The difference is night and day! The good stuff has way more pigment, which gives you that deep, endless darkness that’s perfect for scrying.

And definitely get MATTE finish. My second mirror was ruined because I accidentally bought glossy paint. All I could see was my own reflection and the glare from every light in the room. Not exactly helpful for seeing visions!
