You know that feeling when you haven’t practiced in weeks and suddenly your energy feels… off? Like you’ve lost your magical mojo? 😩
That’s because consistent, small practices actually build stronger energy foundations than occasional big rituals alone. It’s like working out - one intense session a month isn’t as effective as brief, daily movement!

Seal the practice by tracing a pentagram over your reflection with your finger
This practice creates an energetic shield that carries you through the day while programming your subconscious for magical success!
2. Kitchen Witchery Coffee/Tea Charm ☕️
What you’ll need: Your morning beverage of choice
Steps:
As your drink brews, stand over it and set an intention for your day
Using your finger or a wooden spoon, stir your drink clockwise three times while visualizing your intention manifesting
Whisper: “With this brew, my intention’s true. As I drink, so shall it be, this magic now works for me.”
Take your first sip mindfully, feeling the energy enter your body

What you’ll need: Just your regular shower!
Steps:
