I like it too... it was a difficult topic... not black and white... but after some of the experiences I had... I had to write it... I dont want people to leave spirituality because of a bad experience thinking that is all there is to it.
Especially as someone who strives for clarity and transparency when I teach others my craft, it’s important that students have tools to be able to ask questions and be engaged and properly skeptical observers. That’s how we keep a tradition alive and growing!
I am sorry that a post for spiritual integrity is filled with promos for our courses and membership...but I have blind confidence in our paid content so I will do it. :))))
Your post is timely and always appreciated. Having been in the metaphysical/spiritual field for around 45 years (yea, I'm a Crone), I have seen so much in the way of deceit and fakery. After a while, I was so upset about it becoming rampant that I decided to write a book. I hurriedly put it together and self-published (years ago). Then I sent copies to a few people I wanted to review it. One couple told me the info was great, but the overall 'sound' of it was anger. Oops. I did not intend that. But after re-reading it myself in that light, I saw it. My anger about deceitful psychics had shown up in my book. So, I hired a technical editor (and spiritual associate) to help me edit the whole book - 2011. It took me almost a year, but I am happy with the results. It is about Psychic Integrity in this field. The thing that really pleases me is that book groups and spiritualist schools are using it for their curriculum. I applaud you in your understanding of the concept and spreading the word. ♥️
What a great take! Thanks!

I appreciate you writing this piece, I think ethics and integrity need to be talked about more in spiritual circles and businesses 🙌
